3. Complete 5 Required Courses
Now you're ready to start learning! Our program makes it easy for you to obtain your printable course certificates in as fast as 90 days. Why 90 days? You must wait 18 days per course before taking a course final exam (18 days x 5 courses = 90 day minimum).

4. Apply for Your License & Pass the Broker State Exam
Congratulations on earning your 5 course certificates! Now you're ready to mail your application packet off to the Department of Real Estate (10bet官网中文). Our team is dedicated to helping you apply and has put together a comprehensive checklist to ensure you've got everything you need.

What to Expect

If you received your Salesperson License here in California, then you are required to complete only 5* of the 10bet官网中文-approved online courses below. Keep in mind these 5 courses must be different from the 3 courses you completed to obtain your CA Salesperson License. Each course includes mandatory chapter quizzes and two attempts at a final exam.
